The Ally Package

Also known as Full-service/ All-inclusive planning. Just like it sounds, we start the journey with you and are there every step of the way from ‘yes’ to ‘I do’. Have no idea what comes next after ‘yes!’, then the Ally package is a great place to start. Whether your wedding is a one-day affair or a weekend of events, we can help!
We simplify the planning process and give you a stress-free wedding experience. We will be there for the vendor selection, venue research, negotiations, budgeting, final bookings, and vendor management.
Our Ally Package includes but is not limited to:
- Concept development including mood board & color palette consultation
- Assist with research, selection and booking of vendors & suppliers – Venue, caterer, photographer, videographer, florist etc.
- Management of event budget and vendor contracts
- Up to 1.5hrs rehearsal and final catch up on site (day prior at venue)
- Full day of coordination
- Personalised run sheet creation and distribution to key members
- Point of contact on the day for vendors, guests, and bridal party
- Oversee full set up & styling of your ceremony space
- Oversee full set up & styling of your reception space

The Little-Push Package
Also known as partial Planning. This includes the day of coordination service as well as some initial planning service to get things off to a great start or towards the end to finalise plans.
Our Little-Push Package includes but is not limited to:
- 60-minute initial catch up and planning session
- 60-minute hand over meeting (depends on which stage support is required)
- 1.5hrs rehearsal and final catch up on site (day prior at venue)
- 8 hours of wedding admin support and troubleshooting
- Up to 10 hrs. of coordination on the day
- Full styling design brief
- Ongoing email and phone support
- Vendor contracts and obligations management
- Personalized run sheet creation and distribution to key members
- Point of contact on the day for vendors, guests, and bridal party
- Oversee full set up & styling of your ceremony space
- Oversee full set up & styling of your reception space

The Busy-Bee Package
Also known as the month/Day of Coordination. This is ideal for couples confident to organize all the details but would like a stress-free wedding day. We take over the reins 6 weeks out from your wedding, we execute your vision giving you room to relax and enjoy your special day with family and friends.
Our Busy-Bee Package includes but is not limited to:
- Takeover 6 weeks out from the event
- 60-minute hand over meeting (4-6 weeks prior to the day)
- 1.5hrs rehearsal and final catch up on site (day prior at venue)
- Up to 8 hrs. of coordination on the day
- On the day vendor confirmations
- Personalised run sheet creation and distribution to key members
- Point of contact on the day for vendors, guests, and bridal party
- Oversee full set up & styling of your ceremony space
